The EmSAT – Emirates Standardized Test is a computer-based entrance test mainly focuses on students’ subject knowledge and skills developed throughout their schooling in Arabic, English, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer science subjects.
The EmSAT exams score has various advantages, one of the most important is for admissions to the universities in the UAE.

As long student holds UAE residence visa, whether he/she studies or studying in the UAE or outside the country, they are eligible to register for the EmSAT exams.
As the EmSAT is UAE’s standardized test based on MOE’s curriculum, it covers most of the topics of other curriculums such as IB, American, CBSE etc., but there are some topics which are only included in UAE’s educational curriculums. Student can refer to the standard syllabus of the EmSAT exam provided by test makers and make a note which all the additional topics need to be studied.
As the Ministry of Education has not given details about the topics to be covered in the exams, they have only given the test syllabus but not the reference books/guides. Generally, the EmSAT exams covers most of the concept’s students studied in their grade 10th, 11th, and 12th.
The best way to self-prepare for the EmSAT exam is by collecting the books and notes of respective subjects and match it up with the EmSAT test syllabus. Make a note of topics which are not covered in your school books, search them on internet and study accordingly.
